A common myth we have heard about school photographers is that the school pays the photographers a lot to do school photos. The reality is that the photographer pays the school to do the photography. A good portion of school package prices goes directly to the school for them to use at the school. These aren’t earmarked funds that the state stipulates how they can be spent. These are funds that can be used at the discretion of the schools. When you order packages you are actually helping the school, without having to sell wrapping paper or chocolates.
